Fantastic food and quick too! The broth in their beef soup was very flavorful and the noodles were deliciously chewy. Every menu item we ordered was packed with flavor and the wait wasn’t long either! I highly recommend trying this place if you’re in the area.

Delicious and authentic, but I wouldn't make a special schlep unless you're local. The place is modern but pretty bare bones--a la cutlery in a central canister and all-you-can-napkin dispensers. Get past that, and you'll enjoy truly capsaicin-filled delights like the cold Shredded Potato Salad (perfect for these sweltering days). Craving soup anyway? Skip the Spicy & Tingling Beef Noodle Soup, which was too oily and not spicy enough for my liking. The noodz were nice and chewy, but a broth failure is a dish failure in my books. Instead, get the Dapanji Chicken with Belt Noodles, which is billed as a dry noodle dish but comes with so much extra sauce, it practically eats like tang mian. The amazing combination of peppers, potatoes, onions, beef noodles, aromatics, and perfectly kiu kiu noodles make this heavenly dish one of the best bites you'll ever put in your mouth. The fact that it's enough to feed 2-3 people is just the pickle on top of the pepper.

Worth a try if you like noodles, though the seasoning across most dishes is on the milder side. Tomato & Minced Meat Noodles: Very good, easily the highlight. Lamb Bun: Decent, but could use stronger seasoning. Lamb Soup: Good flavor, but served warm instead of hot. Cold Thick Noodles: Light on flavor. Tip: Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes so the noodles can absorb the sauce. Good overall, but best for those who prefer more subtle flavors!

New Lanzhou hand pull noodles shop in a small strip mall. Venue can seat about 50 people so not that big. We got here 1:30, and wait was long. It cleared up around 2:30. We tried the signature beef noodle soup, the beef was so tender, soup was right on and noodles were perfectly cooked. They also offer non spicy version and you can choose different noodles. The hand pull lamb dish was tender but a bit dry, maybe sitting out for too long. It was still yummy 😋

Absolutely amazing meal. The spicy noodle bowl was packed with flavor, with rich broth, tender beef, fresh cilantro, and the perfect amount of heat from the chili flakes. The sandwiches were just as impressive—crispy bread, generous fillings, and every bite tasted fresh and satisfying. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the ingredients and presentation. Portions were great, service was friendly, and everything came out quickly. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a while and I’ll absolutely be coming back.
